27 November 1944:
Tsurumi, Yokohama. Laid down at Nippon Kokan K. K.’s shipyard.
14 April 1945:
Launched and numbered CD-95.
4 July 1945:
Completed and registered in the IJN.
5 July 1945:
Tsurumi harbor. CD-95 is damaged by marine casualty.
8 July 1945:
Yokosuka. While sweeping for mines inside the harbor, CD-95
strikes a mine and is heavily damaged. Later, she is deemed unfit for service.
15 September 1945:
Removed from the Navy List.
29 July 1948:
Scrapped.
