The two HASHIMA-Class Fleet Salvage and Repair Tugs were equipped with two 2,000-lb derricks and one 10,000-lb derrick and salvage pumps. HASHIMA was renamed KASASHIMA in 1940. She was sunk by American aircraft in Jan '45. FUTAGAMI was surrendered at Truk at war's end.
