PICTURE WANTED
This class consists of SHOFUKU and SHOEKI MARUs, respectively completed in Jul ‘40 and Jun ’41 for Towa Kisen K.K. Both were requisitioned in ‘41 by the IJN and converted to auxiliary anti-submarine netlayers. SHOFUKU MARU was torpedoed and sunk in Aug 42 and SHOEKI MARU was bombed and sunk in Dec ’44.
