5 February 1944:
Numbered T.108

28 April 1944:
Osaka. Laid down at Osaka Zosenjo.

25 May 1944:
Launched. Allotted to the Imperial Army (IJA).

31 July 1944:
Completed and transferred to the Imperial Navy (IJN).

5 September 1944:
Attached to the Yokosuka Guard Office. Lt Okano Umeji is appointed Commanding Officer.

10 September 1944:
T.108 departs Yokosuka for Chichijima and Iwo Jima.

25 September 1944:
T.108 is attached to the Second Transport Squadron, Yokosuka Guard Office.

5 November 1944:
T.108 departs Yokosuka for Sasebo.

16 January 1945:
Hong Kong. T.108 is severely damaged in air strikes by Vice Admiral (Admiral, posthumously) John S. McCain’s (USNA ’10) Task Force 38 carrier-based aircraft:

8 March 1945:
At Hong Kong.

1 May 1945:
Released from the Second Transport Squadron.

September 1945:
Hong Kong. Surrendered in damaged condition. Not allocated.

E 1946:
Scrapped.

3 May 1947:
Removed from Navy List.
