28 May 1944:
Osaka. Laid down at Osaka Zosenjo. Allocated to the Imperial Army (IJA).

23 June 1944:
Launched.

5 September 1944:
Cmpleted and transferred to the Imperial Navy (IJN). Numbered T.110. Classified a 2nd class Yusokan (transport ship). Attached to the Yokosuka Guard Office, Combined Fleet. Lt Kikuchi Soichiro is appointed Commanding Officer.

5-12 September 1944:
Undergoes hull reinforcement work.

13 September 1944:
Fittings installed

18 September 1944:
Departs Osaka and arrives at Yura.

19 September 1944:
Departs Yura.

20 September 1944:
Arrives at Owashi and departs for Toba.

21 September 1944:
Arrives at Toba and departs for Tateyama.

22 September 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama.

25 September 1944:
Assigned to the Second Transport Squadron, Yokosuka Guard Force. Arrives at Yokosuka and later departs for Yokohama.

2 October 1944:
Departs Yokohama.

4 October 1944:
Arrives off Iwo Jima. At 1227, engages 18 B-24 “Liberator” heavy bombers. In heavy weather, T.110 is forced to secure emergency anchoring offshore for two amphibious tanks.

8 October 1944:
Arrives at Iwo Jima.

9 October 1944:
Lands 130 tons of cargo.

10 October 1944:
At 1045, engages 18 B-24 “Liberator” heavy bombers.

11 October 1944:
Departs Iwo Jima for Tateyama.

12 October 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama.

20 October 1944:
Loads heavy oil

22 October 1944:
Departs Yokosuka for Yokohama

25 October 1944:
Moors off Yokohama.

31 October 1944:
Still moored off Yokohama.As soon repairs are completed, T.110 is scheduled to depart for Iwo Jima on a transport mission under the command of the Oasawara forces commander..

3 November 1944:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Tateyama.

4 November 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama, but suffers a generator failure. Departs Tateyama.

5 November 1944:
Arrives back at Yokosuka.

10 November 1944:
Yokosuka. Undergoes inspection and checkup.

11 November 1944:
Moors off Yokosuka

12 November 1944:
Yokosuka. Undergoes inspection and checkup.

13 November 1944:
Departs Yokosuka.

16 November 1944:
Arrives at Iwo Jima. Lands 170 tons of cargo at Iwo Jima and Haha Jima.

17 November 1944:
Arrives at Chichi Jima..

18 November 1944:
Loads heavy oil and departs for Iwo Jima.

19 November 1944:
Lands 130 tons of cargo at Iwo Jima

20 November 1944:

Departs Chichi Jima

Haha Jima. At 0625, T.110’s high-angle guns fire nine shots at enemy aircraft. Departs for Chichi Jima and Yokohama.

December 1944:
Yokohama. T.110 is serviced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd shipyard.

10 March 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Kisarazu.

13 March 1945:
Loads 1185.3 tons of cargo and equipment and embarks 47 passengers.

12 March 1945:
Departs Kisarazu and arrives at Hachijo Island.

13 March 1945:
Undergoes electrical work.

15-16 March 1945:
Departs Hachijo Jima and arrives at Yokohama.

24 March 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Yokosuka.

25 March 1945:
Assigned number 5402, ship number 5.

26 March 1945:
Loads 151.6 tons of cargo and equipment and embarks 46 passengers.

26 March 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Hachijo.

27-29 March 1945:
Departs Hachijo and arrives at Yokohama.

31 March 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Yokosuka.

1-9 April 1945:
Yokosuka Navy Yard. Undergoes repairs.

5 April 1945:
Assigned to transport the 27th Shinyo (explosive motor boat [EMB]) Squadron from Yokosuka to Oda Bay.

10 April 1945:
Loads 20 Shinyo EMB vessels

11 April 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama.

12 April 1945:
Arrives at Oda Bay. Unloads 20 Shinyo EMBs. Arrives at Yokosuka. Retrofitted with three four-inch battery of two types.

28 April 1945:
Changes mooring buoy.

8 May 1945:
Loads cargo 160.5 tons of cargo and embarks 62 passengers.

10 May 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama.

10-11 May 1945:
Departs Hachijo and arrives at Konominato.Disembarks 62 passengers and unloads 160.5 tons of cargo.

12 May 1945:
Loads aviation fuel and embarks 34 passengers.

13 May 1945:
Departs Konominato and arrives at Yokosuka. Disembarks 34 passengers and loads aviation fuel.

14 May 1945:
Discharges aviation fuel:

24 May 1945:
Loads 164.8 tons of cargo and embarks five passengers.

28 May 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama.

29 May 1945:
Departs Ito and arrives at Hachijo-jima.

30 May 1945:
Unloads 164.8 tons of cargo and loads 760 empty drums.

31 May 1945:
Departs Hachijo Island and arrives at Yokosuka.

18 July 1945:
Yokosuka. Aircraft from Task Forces 37 and 38 damage T.110.

15 August 1945:
Hosilities end.

15 October 1945:
Demobilization civilian Matsushita Hiroshi is appointed captain.

1 December 1945:
Removed from the Navy List. Designated a special cargo ship and attached to the Yokosuka local demobilization station.

10 December 1945:
Renamed “Transport Number 110”

1 April 1946:
Removed from classification as a 2nd class Yusokan.

2 October 1946:
Demobilization civilian Takubo Tatsuo is appointed captain.

19 February 1947:
Demobilization civilian Honda Yukito is appointed captain.

26 April 1947:
Demobilization civilian Nishimura Haru Kaoru is appointed captain (additional post.)

17 October 1947:
Removed from the Navy List.
