Osaka. Laid down at Osaka Zosenjo. Allocated to the Imperial Army (IJA).
23 June 1944:
Launched.
5 September 1944:
Cmpleted and transferred to the Imperial Navy (IJN). Numbered T.110. Classified a 2nd class Yusokan (transport ship). Attached to the Yokosuka Guard Office, Combined Fleet. Lt Kikuchi Soichiro is appointed Commanding Officer.
5-12 September 1944:
Undergoes hull reinforcement work.
13 September 1944:
Fittings installed
18 September 1944:
Departs Osaka and arrives at Yura.
19 September 1944:
Departs Yura.
20 September 1944:
Arrives at Owashi and departs for Toba.
21 September 1944:
Arrives at Toba and departs for Tateyama.
22 September 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama.
25 September 1944:
Assigned to the Second Transport Squadron, Yokosuka Guard Force. Arrives at Yokosuka and later departs for Yokohama.
2 October 1944:
Departs Yokohama.
4 October 1944:
Arrives off Iwo Jima. At 1227, engages 18 B-24 “Liberator” heavy bombers. In heavy weather, T.110 is forced to secure emergency anchoring
offshore for two amphibious tanks.
8 October 1944:
Arrives at Iwo Jima.
9 October 1944:
Lands 130 tons of cargo.
10 October 1944:
At 1045, engages 18 B-24 “Liberator” heavy bombers.
11 October 1944:
Departs Iwo Jima for Tateyama.
12 October 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama.
20 October 1944:
Loads heavy oil
22 October 1944:
Departs Yokosuka for Yokohama
25 October 1944:
Moors off Yokohama.
31 October 1944:
Still moored off Yokohama.As soon repairs are completed, T.110 is scheduled to depart for Iwo Jima on a transport mission under the command of the Oasawara forces commander..

Departs Yokohama and arrives at Tateyama.
4 November 1944:
Arrives at Tateyama, but suffers a generator failure. Departs Tateyama.
5 November 1944:
Arrives back at Yokosuka.
10 November 1944:
Yokosuka. Undergoes inspection and checkup.

Moors off Yokosuka

Yokosuka. Undergoes inspection and checkup.

Departs Yokohama and arrives at Kisarazu.
13 March 1945:
Loads 1185.3 tons of cargo and equipment and embarks 47 passengers.
12 March 1945:
Departs Kisarazu and arrives at Hachijo Island.
13 March 1945:
Undergoes electrical work.
15-16 March 1945:
Departs Hachijo Jima and arrives at Yokohama.
24 March 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Yokosuka.
25 March 1945:
Assigned number 5402, ship number 5.

Loads 151.6 tons of cargo and equipment and embarks 46 passengers.

Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Hachijo.

Loads aviation fuel and embarks 34 passengers.
13 May 1945:
Departs Konominato and arrives at Yokosuka. Disembarks 34 passengers and loads aviation fuel.
14 May 1945:
Discharges aviation fuel:

Loads 164.8 tons of cargo and embarks five passengers.

Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama.
29 May 1945:
Departs Ito and arrives at Hachijo-jima.

Removed from the Navy List. Designated a special cargo ship and attached to the Yokosuka local demobilization station.
