5 February 1944:
Allocated to the Imperial Army (IJA). Numbered Army Ship No. T-104. Assumed to be attached to the Kure Guard Force.

13 July 1944:
Osaka. Laid down at Osaka Zosenjo.

8 August 1944:
Launched.

5 September 1944:
Completed.

9 September 1944:
Transferred to the Imperial Navy (IJN). Re-numbered T.113 and rerated a 2nd Class Yusokan.

10 September 1944:
Reserve Lt Hiroaki Goto is appointed Chief Equipping Officer.

15 October 1944:
Completed. Lt Hiroaki is CO. Attached to the Kure Naval District and assigned to the IJN first transport squadron, Southwest Fleet, Combined Fleet.

28 October 1944:
Departs Kure for Sasebo.

30 October 1944:
Arrives at Sasebo.

14 November 1944:
Departs Sasebo for Kirun (Keelun), Formosa (Taiwan).

16 November 1944:
Arrives at Kirun.

16 November 1944:
Departs Kirun for Takao (Kaohsiung), Formosa.

17 November 1944:
Arrives at Takao.

22 November 1944:
Departs Takao.

23 November 1944:
Arrives at Rapokku Gulf.

24 November 1944:
Departs Rapokku Gulf and arrives off E Hemasameiya Island, Santa Cruz, Philippines.

25 December 1944:
Masinloc, Luzon, Philippines. Vice Admiral John S. McCain's Task Force 38's carrier-based aircraft attack and sink landing ship T.113 at 15-30N, 119-55E.

1 January 1945:
Removed from the Navy List.
