5 February 1944:
Allocated to the Imperial Army (IJA). Numbered Army Ship No. T-104.

25 July 1944:
Osaka. Laid down at Osaka Zosenjo. Allocated to the Imperial Army (IJA).

20 August 1944:
Launched.

5 September 1944:
Transferred to the Imperial Navy (IJN). Re-numbered T.114 and rerated a 2nd Class Yusokan.

15 September 1944:
Reserve Lt Uchida Eiichi (former CO of auxiliary netlayer NISSHO MARU No. 5) is appointed Chief Equipping Officer.

30 October 1944:
Completed. Lt Uchida is CO. Attached to the Kure Guard Force and assigned to the IJN first transport squadron, Southwest Fleet, Combined Fleet.

7 December 1944:
Departs Kure for Kagoshima.

15 December 1944:
Arrives at Kagoshima.

17 December 1944:
Departs Kagoshima for Yamakawa with T-143 and T-144.

18 December 1944:
Arrives at Yamakawa for Kasariwan.

21 December 1944:
Departs Kasariwan for Koniya and arrives there.

22 December 1944:
Departs Koniya and arrives at Naha, Ryukyus.

23 December 1944:
Departs Naha for Kerama Retto and departs for Naha.

24 December 1944:
Arrives at Naha and departs for Kerama.

25 December 1944:
Arrives at Kerama and departs for Kirun, Formosa (Keelung, Taiwan).

26 December 1944:
Arrives at Kirun.

17 February 1945:
S coast of Formosa. U.S. Army Air Corps Fifth Air Force B-24 "Liberator" heavy bombers bomb and sink T.114 at 23-04N, 120-30E.

10 April 1945:
Removed from the Navy List.
