Numbered T.147. Alloted to the Imperial Army (IJA)

15 October 1944:
Urasaki Zosensho. Laid down Kawanami Kogyo, K. K. as a 950-ton T. 103-class landing ship tank.

15 December 1944.
Launched.

20 January 1945:
Transfered to the Imperial Navy (IJN). Completed. Classified as a Transport Vessel, Second Class, Type 101. Based at Yokosuka Naval Base. Assigned to the 2nd Transport Corps. Lt Togo Makizaki is appointed Commanding Officer. At 1130, warship flag raising ceremony commences.

20 January 1945:
Lt Makizaki arrives.

29 January 1945:
Loads food.

30 January 1945:
Loads fittings.

31 January 1945:
Loads equipment.

1 February 1945:
Loads equipment.

2 February 1945:
At 0800, starts loading ammunition. At 1615, ammunition loading ends.

3 February 1945:
At 1300, starts bombstone loading and installation. At 1615, bombstone installation ends.

5 February 1945:
Departs Urasaki and arrives at Imari Bay for tests. Returns to Urasaki.

8 February 1945:
At 1245, starts loading fuel and food. At 1615. fuel and food loading ends.

10 February 1945:
Departs Urasaki and arrives at Sasebo (D 15 th floating buoyant anchor)

13 February 1945:
At 1300, starts loading food. At 1615, food loading ends.

14 February 1945:
At 1140, starts loading heavy oil. At 1530, heavy oil loading ends.

14 February 1945:
1055, starts loading heavy oil. At 1200, heavy oil loading ends.

16 February 1945:
At 2020, starts anchoring At 2120, anchoring at Sasebo ends (51 degrees west of the harbor needle Kojima 2,100 m).

17 February 1945:
At 0950, starts anchoring. At 1115, anchoring ends.

20 February 1945:
Departs Sasebo and arrives at Hakata Bay (77 degrees east of Daigo-dake, 1,700 m east).

21 February 1945:
Departs Hakata Bay.

22 February 1945:
Arrives at Kobe (crossing starboard to the fourth quay)

23 February 1945:
Departs Kobe and arrives at Seiya.

24 February 1945:
Departs Seiya.

25 February 1945:
Arrives at Suita, then arrives at Seiya.

26 February 1945:
At 0811, starts anchoring. At 0826, ends anchoring.

28 February 1945:
Departs Suitaya and arrives at Shimizu. At 0611, begins boundary training At 1000, boundary training ends.

2 March 1945:
Departs Shimizu and arrives at Tateyama Bay.

3 March 1945:
Arrives at Yokosuka (Y 5 floating buoyant anchorage).

4 March 1945:
At 1010, starts loading fresh water. At 1225, fresh water loading ends.

13 March 1945:
At 0850, starts anchoring. At 0930, ends anchoring at Koumi first pier).

21 March 1945:
At 0845, starts anchoring. At 0945 , ends turnover (Y first order floating tie)

26 March 1945:
At 0900, starts loading transported property. At 1500, transported property loading completed.

27 March 1945:
At 0740, starts loading transported property. At 1300, starts loading fresh water At 1350, fresh water loading ends At 1530, transport property mounting completed 156.5 tons.

29 March 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama Bay.

30 March 1945:
Departs Tateyama Bay . Conducts shooting training. Arrives at Hachijojima. At 1730, starts transportation property lifting work. At 2230, ends transportation property dismantling work

31March 1945:
At 0600, evacuation Building with personnel. Departs Hachijojima and arrives at Yokohama (Eighth hole quay).

1 April 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Yokosuka (Y second floating tie).

2 April 1945:
At 1315, starts loading aft shore-border anchoring work. At 1420, anchors at the third buoyant aft tug shore anchorage.

20-21 April 1945:
Loads shipment of 171.3 tons.

21 April 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama Bay.

22 April 1945:
Departs Tateyama bay and arrives at Hachijojima. At 1440, starts hoisting tower work . At 2300, starts mounting work.

23 April 1945:
At 0100, ends installation work. Departs Hachijojima and arrives at Yokohama. At 1612, starts lift tower work. At 1830, lift tower work ends.

24 April 1945:
Departs Yokohama and arrives at Yokosuka (Rokkashibata buoyant anchor)

2 May 1945:
At 1230, starts anchoring at the third floating buoy. At 1310, ends anchoring work.

4-10 May 1945:
Fourth to seventh machine gun deck expansion work.

12 May 1945:
At 0950, starts 5th floating buffaloing work. At 1030, Y Five floating bucket anchoring work ends.

20 May 1945:
At 0955, starts heavy oil loading. At 1040, ends heavy oil loading.

21 May 1945:
At 0600, starts installation work . At 1600, ends installation work. Loads 163.3 tons cargo and 14 people.

22 May 1945:
Departs Yokosuka.

24 May 1945:
Arrives at Hachijojima. At 1345, starts lifting tower work. At 2300, ends lifting tower work.

25 May 1945:
Departs Hachijojima. At 1230, engages in anti-aircraft Battle. Bombarded. Port three machine guns, front Bonzhou equipment gun, and three rear guns bullets found unusable. At 1250, starboard machine bullets found unusable. Arrives at Yokosuka (Y 5 floating buoyant anchor).

30 May 1945:
Type ninety-six 25 mm gun position is changed.

1 June 1945:
Lt Atsushi Kimura arrives.

4 June 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Tateyama Bay.

5 July 1945:
Tateyama Bay. At 1237, undergoes anti-aircraft battle. Fires 15 high angle artillery shells and 2,600 MG bullets. Arrives at Hachijojima.

July 1945:
Loads 66 passengers and 300 rails for the 20th construction team .

6 June 1945:
Departs Hachijojima and arrives at Yokosuka.

5 August 1945:
Departs Yokosuka and arrives at Hachijojima.

26 August 1945:
Designated a Daiichi Yuan Conveyance Ship.

17 October 1945:
Lt Yuzawa Chiaki arrives.

1 December 1945:
Removed from the Navy List. Registered as No. 6 Special Transport Vessel under the Yokosuka District Veterans Affairs Bureau Jurisdiction.

15 December 1946:
Designated as a special custody under the Jurisdictional Affairs Bureau, Yokosuka District.

19 February 1946:
Honda Yukito is designated as shelter officer.

24 April 1946:
Nishimura Haruhiro is demilitant officer.

5 September 1946:
Nishimura Haruhisa is designated as demilitarizing officer.

13 November 1946:
Dismissed.

13 November 1947-11 March 1948:
Innoshima. Scrapped.
