ANNAN MARU was completed in 1911 as a 3,016-ton cargo ship. Her sister CHOSEN MARU was also completed in 1911 as a 3,016-ton cargo ship. ANNAN MARUwas sunk by an USAFFE bombers in Sep '43, while sister CHOSEN MARU was sunk by an American submarine in Jan 1944.
